  • 1 1/2 c
    instant rolled oats
  • 3/4 c
    plus 1 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar (divided)
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can(s)
    ssweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 can(s)
    whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch

How to Make CRANBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS

Step-by-Step

  1. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES...

    LINE A 9X13" BAKING PAN WITH NON-STICK FOIL...

    BAKE UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED, ABOUT 15 MINUTES...
  3. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH...

    ADD SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND LEMON JUICE, WHIPPING UNTIL COMPLETELY COMBINED...

    POUR EVENLY OVER WARM BOTTOM LAYER CRUST...
  4. SCOOP WHOLE BERRY CRANBERRY SAUCE INTO A BOWL, STIRRING GENTLY WITH A FORK TO BREAK UP THE JELLY...

    ADD 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH...MIX UNTIL COMBINED...

    DROP CRANBERRY MIXTURE BY SPOONFULS OVER THE CREAM CHEESE LAYER..

    GENTLY SMOOTH WITH THE BACK OF A SPOON TO COVER...

    SPRINKLE TOP WITH RESERVED CRUMB MIXTURE...
