Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package white chocolate baking chips, 10-12 oz.
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1 cup dried cranberries
How To Make cranberry-cashew drop cookies

Step 1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Step 3Stir in chips, cashews, and cranberries.

Step 4Drop by rounded taplespoons about two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
