all purpose flour
white chocolate baking chips, 10-12 oz.
How to Make Cranberry-Cashew Drop Cookies
1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
3Stir in chips, cashews, and cranberries.
4Drop by rounded taplespoons about two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
5Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
