Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup oats, regular
- 12 tablespoons butter, cold
- 3/4 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, light
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1All of the ingredients should be room temperature.In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda,cinnamon, and salt. Set them aside.

Step 2With a mixer on low speed beat the butter with brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and continue to mix. Add the dry ingredients and oats by gently mix. Add chocolate chips and chopped cranberries.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Drop cookies by tablespoon on prepared cookie sheets.Bake 13 -16 minutes or until tops are golden.Cookies will be soft.
