I made these at Christmas and my family ate every one of them before they ate the other stuff and wanted me to make more.

Ingredients

1 - pouch of sugar cookie mix
1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter,melted
2 - eggs
1 cup dry rooasted salted pistachio nuts chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries,chopped
- optional-green food coloring

How To Make cran-pistachio cookies

Step 1

In a large bowl stir cookie mix,pudding and flour together.

Step 2

Add your melted butter and eggs and then stir, Add nuts and Cranberries, Mix well
Step 3

Drop by spoon onto a greased cookie sheet and Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
