This recipe was given to me by a cousin who made them and brought them to a family reuion,I tracked her down and begged her for this great cookie recipe, and she was so nice to mail it to me right away!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups oats, quick cooking
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 package chocolate chips (12 oz)
- 1 package butterscotch chips (12 oz)
How To Make cowboy cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla and blend well sift flour and baking powder, and baking soda add to mixture ( with mixer) by hand-mix in oats, nuts and chips, raisins and coconut drop by teaspoon ( or) by ice cream dipper depending on size of desired cookie drop onto parchment paper lined cookie sheets bake for 12-15 min & watch carefully not to overbake!
