cottage cheese fudge cookies
Passed down through my husband's family, enjoy! Even if you don't like cottage cheese, you will love the fudge in these.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These cottage cheese fudge cookies are a chewy cookie filled with chocolate flavor. Their texture is similar to a brownie. After being rolled in powdered sugar and baked, they look like a crinkle cookie. You'd never guess there's cottage cheese. You don't taste it, but it helps with the texture of the cookie.
