Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese, small curd
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 c
    nuts
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar

How to Make Cottage Cheese Fudge Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Put butter, cheese, and eggs in bowl and mix well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and nuts. Add to other mixture and stir. Chill for one hour. Form dough in one inch balls. Roll each in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven until firm, about 12 min. Cool on rack and it may be frozen.
