cornflake peanut butter cookies
One of our local BBQ restaurants sells these cookies. My husband bought a couple the other night and they were so delicious. I didn't know what they were called, so I posted a picture and a description on Facebook and several of my friend's immediately recognized it and gave me their recipes. Here is one friend's version.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup peanut butter (you may use smooth or crunchy, depending on your preference)
- 6 cups corn flakes
How To Make cornflake peanut butter cookies

Step 1Bring sugar and syrup to a boil.

Step 2Remove from heat and add margarine and peanut butter.

Step 3Mix well and pour over corn flakes.

Step 4Stir until coated and spoon onto wax paper and let cool.
