One of my dearest friends, grandma made me these cookies for years and I finally got up the courage to start making them myself. They are so addicting, you can't eat just one!

  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    karo corn syrup (light)
  • 1 c
    peanut butter (creamy or crunchy).
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 6 c

How to Make Cornflake Cookies


  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it is to a boil, take off of stove and cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla flavoring and mix well.
  4. Add the cornflakes last. Mixture will be very stiff, but oh so good!
  5. Butter your hands and roll into balls and drop onto wax paper or, use a scooper and drop onto wax paper.
  6. Cool completely and Enjoy!
