One of my dearest friends, grandma made me these cookies for years and I finally got up the courage to start making them myself. They are so addicting, you can't eat just one!

karo corn syrup (light)
1 c
peanut butter (creamy or crunchy).
1 tsp
vanilla flavoring
6 c

How to Make Cornflake Cookies


  • 1In a saucepan, combine sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil.
  • 2Once it is to a boil, take off of stove and cool for 5 minutes.
  • 3Add peanut butter and vanilla flavoring and mix well.
  • 4Add the cornflakes last. Mixture will be very stiff, but oh so good!
  • 5Butter your hands and roll into balls and drop onto wax paper or, use a scooper and drop onto wax paper.
  • 6Cool completely and Enjoy!
