I love to make cookies at xmas,but I like to make it easy so I thought I would try a few things together and this worked well.I is great.

method ---

yield 2 Dozen

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 tube 8oz cool whip
2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make cool lemon cookie

Step 1

Mix cool whip into box of cake mix.

Step 2

Roll into dough balls.
Step 3

Then roll balls into powder sugar.Ungreased baking sheet.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 8to10 min watch them ,they will turn golden brown around edge.Place on cooling rack.ENJOY
