Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    soft butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    orange rind, grated
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c
    walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 c
    rolled oats

How to Make Cookies - Chocolate Orange Nut Oaties

Step-by-Step

  1. sift together flour and salt.
  2. beat sugar and butter until creamy. add egg and vanilla.
  3. put orange fine into milk. add to butter mixture, alternating with flour mixture.
  4. mix chocolate, nuts, oats into batter.
  5. drop by heaping teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheet. bake at 375 degrees about 12 minutes.
