cookie dough truffles
When my daughter Kaitlyn and I came up with this one for the cookie swap, we thought we were so cool and innovative. Now I find the recipe all over the internet. Oh well, we'll just have to keep trying. Here is my daughter's version of the recipe. Hope you enjoy.

About 5 dozen truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 pounds chocolate bark candy coating, melted
How To Make cookie dough truffles

Step 1In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.

Step 2Gradually beat in flour and milk.

Step 3Add chocolate chips and pecans, and stir well.

Step 4Shape dough into one inch balls and place on waxed paper to chill for 2 hours.

Step 5Melt chocolate bark in a double boiler. Using 2 forks, dip balls until coated.

Step 6Place coated balls back on waxed paper and chill to set.

Step 7Store in refrigerator at least one hour.
