Super yummy! One of my favorite "go to" desserts for food days at work or family gatherings.

Ingredients
- BROWNIES
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- COOKIE DOUGH FILLING
- 1/2 cup butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- GLAZE
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
- 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
How To Make cookie dough brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar cocoa and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in walnuts if desired. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies test done. Cool completely.

Step 3In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Add milk and vanilla. Beat in flour. Spread over cooled brownies and chill until firm.

Step 4For glaze, melt chocolate chips and shortening in a saucepan until smooth. Spread over filling. If desired, sprinkle with walnuts while the chocolate is still soft. Allow chocolate to cool before cutting brownies.
