Cookie Challenge: Pecan Bars with Cherries
I will baking and delivering to you, a new, unboring, cookie recipe every day until Christmas. Tall order, right? Wish me luck!
No chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, or peanut butter cookies here. My challenge is to find something different to fill out the cookie tray selection but guaranteed to be so delicious that everyone looks sad when there are only crumbs remaining.
This is an absolutely YUMMY bar cookie that I haven't made for years and I am THRILLED I came across my recipe again. Definite one for the cookie tray and one of the first to disappear.
