cookie butter cookies
This recipe originally used Nutella, and I was curious how it would be with cookie butter. They were a hit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Biscoff crunchy cookie butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How To Make cookie butter cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Mix all ingredients until well combined.

Step 3Using a 1 1/2 tablespoon cookie scoop, place balls of dough on the baking sheet.

Step 4Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 5Upon taking them out of the oven, flatten cookies with a metal spatula.

Step 6Let cool 5 minutes. Then remove to cool on a wire rack.
