Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c
    coconut
  • 1 6 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 6 oz
    butterscotch morsels
  • 1 14 oz
    can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Cookie Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. In 13 X 9-inch baking pan (glass), melt butter. Sprinkle crumbs over butter. Pour milk over graham cracker crumbs. Top evenly with the rest of ingredients. Press down gently. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Cool before cutting.
