Ingredients
- 1 cup butter room temperature
- 2 cups flour
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soada
How To Make congo bars

Step 1Mix together and pat into a greased 9x12 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 bag of chocolate chips. Sprinkle 1/2 bag of butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips over the cookie base. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff and add 1 cup brown sugar. (makes meringue) Beat until combined. Spread over chips. Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes.
