I was camping in my RV a last week and had to work with what was on hand this is what i came up with i had to cook it on the grill but i had my aluminum foil and made a box oven with it ---i just wanted to share a taste of modern andrew camping

method ---

yield makes about 20 cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups peanut butter, creamy
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
1 tablespoon milk
1 large egg
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup health nut,rasin,date,flakes type of ceareal

How To Make concocted campsite cereal cookies

Step 1

cream the butters and sugar

Step 2

add the milk and the egg and beat till mixed
Step 3

slowly stir in the flour till combined
Step 4

add rest of ingredients and stir till just combined
Step 5

shape into big 3" cookies and place in oven on 375 for about 10 minutes let cool on pan
