A knockoff of a famous coffeehouse's cranberry bars... I searched high and low for their recipe... then came up with this.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed, plus 1 tbsp
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces sweet condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
How To Make coffeehouse bliss bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2" pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and butter. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into bottom of greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Pour evenly over the cooled crust.

Step 4In a small bowl, combine remaining 1 Tbsp brown sugar, cornstarch and cranberry sauce. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb topping and lemon zest. Bake for 40 minutes and cool at room temp- refrigerate before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator.
