I love making stuff from cake mixes! I also love coconut, so I thought would whip these up. They are super duper easy and taste great! I hope you enjoy them too!

Ingredients

1 - coconut cake mix
2 - eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

How To Make coconut , white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Stir the cake mix, eggs and oil together.

Step 2

Stir in the white chocolate and nuts.
Step 3

Place the dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet. (I like to use a cookie scoop so I can get more uniformed cookies.)
Step 4

Bake 8-12 minutes until done. Remove cookies and place on a cooling rack.
