I love making stuff from cake mixes! I also love coconut, so I thought would whip these up. They are super duper easy and taste great! I hope you enjoy them too!

Ingredients

How to Make Coconut , White Chocolate, Macadamia Nut Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Stir the cake mix, eggs and oil together.
  2. Stir in the white chocolate and nuts.
  3. Place the dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet. (I like to use a cookie scoop so I can get more uniformed cookies.)
  4. Bake 8-12 minutes until done. Remove cookies and place on a cooling rack.
