Ingredients
- 7 ounces pkg angel flake coconut
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
How To Make coconut macaroons

Step 1Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract till well blended.

Step 2Drop tablespoons onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake at 325* for 20 minutes or till edges of cookies are golden brown. Immediately move from sheet to wire rack.
