Coconut Macaroon Kisses
This recipe is so easy, you can make this is about 30 minutes. NO COOKING involved!
A Pillsbury recipe.
1 pkgflaked coconut (7 oz bag)
2 cpowdered sugar
1/2 cinstant nonfat dry milk
1/2 cdried cherries, chopped
2 tspbutter, melted
1 tspalmond extract
24milk chocolate candy kisses
How to Make Coconut Macaroon Kisses
- Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except candy kisses; mix well.
- Drop coconut mixture by rounded tablespoons onto waxed paper. Press 1 candy kiss into top of each.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.
- NOTE: Original recipe called for 1/4 cup candied red cherries and 1/4 cup candied green cherries. I couldn't find them so I used the dried cherries.
