coconut macaroon kisses
Yum, Yum! The almond extract gives these little cookies a little something extra. This recipe is so easy, you can make this is about 30 minutes. NO COOKING involved! A Pillsbury recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 package flaked coconut (7 oz bag)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 24 - milk chocolate candy kisses
How To Make coconut macaroon kisses

Step 1Line large cookie sheet with waxed paper. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except candy kisses; mix well.

Step 2Drop coconut mixture by rounded tablespoons onto waxed paper. Press 1 candy kiss into top of each.

Step 3Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.

Step 4NOTE: Original recipe called for 1/4 cup candied red cherries and 1/4 cup candied green cherries. I couldn't find them so I used the dried cherries.
