- 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 package coconut, shredded
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
How To Make coconut macaroon cookies

Step 1Mix together the Cream Cheese, Eagle Brand, and Vanilla until well blended, then add the coconut. Mix well

Step 2Drop by spoonful on cooking sheet and top with one cherry.

Step 3Bake at 350 until golden brown. Let cool for 5 min before removing, allowing to set up.
