Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 4 1/2 ounces container of macadamia nuts roughly chopped
How To Make coconut macadamia nut chocolate chip cookie

Step 1Preheat oven to 325

Step 2In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt mix with fork to combine.

Step 3In a large bowl blend together sugar and butter until mixed (about 3-5 minutes)

Step 4Add eggs one a time mixing after each addition, add vanilla and coconut extracts and mix

Step 5Add flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing to combine in between each addition

Step 6Add in flaked coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and mix in by hand until well incorporated

Step 7Drop tablespoond of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart

Step 8Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden
