2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
1 1/2 c
dark brown sugar
2 stick
butter, room temperature
2 large
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 tsp
coconut extract
12 oz
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c
sweetened flaked coconut
4 1/2 oz
container of macadamia nuts roughly chopped

How to Make Coconut Macadamia Nut Chocolate Chip Cookie


  • 1Preheat oven to 325
  • 2In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt mix with fork to combine.
  • 3In a large bowl blend together sugar and butter until mixed (about 3-5 minutes)
  • 4Add eggs one a time mixing after each addition, add vanilla and coconut extracts and mix
  • 5Add flour mixture in 3 steps, mixing to combine in between each addition
  • 6Add in flaked coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips and mix in by hand until well incorporated
  • 7Drop tablespoond of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart
  • 8Bake for approximately 18-22 minutes until golden
