coconut chocolate chip cookies
This little cookie is sweet, chewy, and pretty to look at. Also super easy to make. I found this recipe on line and adjusted it to my family's taste. Didn't need much adjustment. I take these cookies to all the holiday parties and my plate is the first to be empty.

Ingredients
- 14 ounces coconut, unsweetened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup salted caramel chips
- 3/4 cup salted slivered almonds
How To Make coconut chocolate chip cookies

Step 1Pre heat oven 325. Add all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are completely mixed. ( I find using the cutting in method works best)

Step 2Use a melon scoop and place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. About 1/2 inch a part (The cookie won't spread.) form into a flat disk, using scoop to flatten the mixture as you go.

Step 3Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, and the coconut begins to turn golden brown. Let cool on cookie tray about 5 minutes. Store in air tight containers .
