These are easy and fun, but if the soda is not flat they are very difficult to get off the pan. Also, if you leave the batter it will rise then you will need to start over.

Ingredients

1 box angel food cake mix
2 cups coconut
1/2 cup flat diet cream soda

How To Make coconut angel cookies (heaven scent cookies)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together with fork
Step 3

Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Step 4

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto pan
Step 5

Bake 10 minutes, just until the edges start to brown.
Step 6

Let sit 2 minutes to cool then remove to rack to finish cooling and setting.
