1 cbutter, softened

2 tspbaking ammonia, crushed fine

2 csugar

2 1/2 cflour, sifted

1 cshredded coconut
How To Make coconut ammonia cookies

1Cream shortening and butter. Add sugar and crushed ammonia. Add flour and coconut.

2Roll into small balls.

3Bake 10 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
