Ingredients

1 - egg
1 cup sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 cup hot cocoa powder mix

How To Make cocoa cookies

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar together

Step 2

Beat egg well in a separate little bowl
Step 3

After sugar and butter are creamed together add remaining ingredients to the same bowl add egg and mix well ! This is a very thick batter !
Step 4

Form batter into half dollar sized balls after done roll balls in the hot cocao mix . With a spoon gently press down on each cookie .Cook on a greased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 .
