I stumbled upon this recipe and finally tried it. OMG these chocolate morsels are to die for...They are sort of in between a cookie and a two bite brownie. Add chocolate chips and raisins for a twist. MMMMMMMM
And if you don't have powdered sugar just put some in the blender and run till it looks like powdered, it's a little grainier but works as well.

Ingredients

1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
cocoa powder
1 tsp
baking powder
3/4 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 c
butter, melted
3 small
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
sugar
1/3 c
powdered sugar

How to Make Cocoa Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  • 2In a smaller bowl mix together sugar, vanilla and eggs.
  • 3Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients a little at a time until it comes together into a ball.
  • 4scoop up a table spoon and role into a ball. Then roll in the powdered sugar and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchament paper.
  • 5Bake for 10 min in a 350 degree oven.
