Ingredients

  • 4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter,2 sticks,softened
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    milk or buttermilk

How to Make Cloud Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Sift together flour,baking soda,baking powder and salt.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar
  3. To the butter mixture Add eggs one at a time beating well each time and add vanilla and mix well
  4. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to butter mixture and mix all ingredients well.
  5. Stop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.Bake 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes.When the tops are just firm enough not to indent the cookies are done
