These are very easy and a great Christmas cookie or just anytime cookie.

1 pound claxton fruit cake
1 box dunkin hines spice cake mix
4 - egg whites
1/2 cup wesson oil

How To Make claxton fruitcake cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix all ingrediants together, mixing well. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Then bake for 9 minutes.

Step 2

I have used a Duncan Hines Apple Cake mix with these cookies, although I have not been able to find them in a very long time.
