''Cin's Chocolate Devils'' Crème De Menthe-White Chocolate`n Coconut Swirls
My personal pix and recipe
1 box(18 1/2 oz) devil's food cake mix
1/4 cextra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsppure white vanilla
3/4 csimi sweet chocolate-premier white chocolate swirl chips
3/4 ccrème de menthe chocolate chunks
3/4 cpremier white-chocolate chips
1/4 cflaked coconut
1/3 cchopped pecans
How to Make ''Cin's Chocolate Devils'' Crème De Menthe-White Chocolate`n Coconut Swirls
- Preheat oven 350°F
Combine cake mix, oil, applesauce, eggs & vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well.
Stir in chips, coconut and pecans.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet(s) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes depending on how big you make them.
- Cool on rack for 2 to 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet, then finish cooling on wire cooling racks.
Made 36 good-size cookies.
- My batter seemed thick and as cookies baked they did not spread out much, like other cookies do.
So they ended up thicker and I baked them the full 12 minutes.
They turned out very good, kind of crusty on top and chewy in the middle...if you give them a try, I hope you Enjoy!!!
P.S. I had out more items than I ended up useing, also was deciding which cake mix I wanted to use...=;D
