This is a recipe I threw together when craving something sweet with cinnamon and white chocolate. My youngest daughter, who does not like anything I make, absolutely loves these! For the best results, it is important to only use margarine, not butter or Crisco.

How To Make cinnamon & white chocolate cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375°
  • Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Step 3
In a medium bowl cream together margarine and sugar. Add in egg whites, corn syrup, vanilla, and vegetable oil. Mix well.

Add sugar mixture to flour mixture and combine. Add in white chocolate chips. Dough will be stiff, but should stick together.
