This is a combination of everything I aim for in a cookie: chewy, vegan, chocolate and easy! In an effort to please my non-vegan cookie lovers, I added Nutella ;)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola or olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons almond milk or half and half
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, dark or unsweetened
- 1/4 cup nutella or dairy free cocoa spread, melted
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- - raw course sugar
How To Make cinnamon sugar nutella crinkles

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 6 ingredients until uniform and consistent color and texture.

Step 2Microwave nutella (or chocolate spread of choice) and mix. Mix in cinnamon.

Step 3Add cornstarch and baking soda to wet mix. Add flour and mix until all one color (brown).

Step 4Scoop golf ball size portions and roll in sugar. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 min. Will be soft when taken out but do not over bake.
