Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/2 cup sugar, granulated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2/3 cup cinnamon chips
How To Make cinnamon chip pumpkin cookies

Step 1In medium bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until no brown sugar lumps remain.

Step 2Whisk in vanilla and pumpkin puree. Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

Step 4Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together.

Step 5Fold in cinnamon chips

Step 6Cover dough and chill at least 1 hour.

Step 7Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 8Roll the dough into balls. Slightly flatten balls on cookie sheet.

Step 9Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet at least 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
