  • 1 pkg
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pkg
    miniture colored marshmellows
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • ·
    flaked coconut

How to Make church window cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. melt chocolate chips and butter over double boiler
    mix in marshmellows and walnuts...spread coconut on waxed paper..divide mixture into 2 parts...shape into log and roll in coconut...wrap in foil...freeze until firm...slice and serve
  2. use the waxed paper or parchment paper to roll in coconut for easier handling...wrap that roll in the foil...a little messy to make but worth every bit
