1 package 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package miniture colored marshmellows
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- flaked coconut

How To Make church window cookies

Step 1

melt chocolate chips and butter over double boiler mix in marshmellows and walnuts...spread coconut on waxed paper..divide mixture into 2 parts...shape into log and roll in coconut...wrap in foil...freeze until firm...slice and serve

Step 2

use the waxed paper or parchment paper to roll in coconut for easier handling...wrap that roll in the foil...a little messy to make but worth every bit
