christmas coconut cookies

This cookie recipe was my great-grand mothers. Each Christmas when I'm rolling these out memories of her come to mind. A delicious crisp cookie.

Ingredients
- 1 pound coconut
- 2 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 pound butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 7 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make christmas coconut cookies

Step 1Mix butter, sugar and egg. Add milk, then flour and baking powder. Mix in coconut. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll thin and cut in circle shape. Sprinkle lightly with sugar (color sugar for holidays). Bake 350 degrees until golden edges.
