chow mein butterscotch cookies

I have loved these little cookies for years, but never had a recipe for them till now . Hope everyone enjoys them. The recipe is by Nancy O'Dell on the Rachel Ray Show.

Ingredients
- 1 package butterscotch morsels ( 11 oz. )
- 2 cups chow mein noodles ( from a 5 oz. can )
- 1 cup salted peanuts ( ground or chopped fine )
How To Make chow mein butterscotch cookies

Step 1place butterscotch morsels in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, till melted

Step 2remove pan from heat and stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts.

Step 3drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, Let stand or set about 20 minutes . Enjoy
