I have loved these little cookies for years, but never had a recipe for them till now . Hope everyone enjoys them. The recipe is by Nancy O'Dell on the Rachel Ray Show.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch morsels ( 11 oz. )
  • 2 c
    chow mein noodles ( from a 5 oz. can )
  • 1 c
    salted peanuts ( ground or chopped fine )

How to Make Chow Mein Butterscotch Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. place butterscotch morsels in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, till melted
  2. remove pan from heat and stir in chow mein noodles and peanuts.
  3. drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, Let stand or set about 20 minutes . Enjoy
