1 box ghiradelli brownie mix or any other brownie mix
1 - egg (i use 2 here due to the altitude)
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
200 grams chocoreta candies(or 2 small bags) ***if you can't get chocoretas, sub 8 oz mint chocolate chips

How To Make chocoreta mint chocolate brownie cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F and line cookie sheet with parchment paper

Step 2

Slightly melt the butter if it isn't already soft and cream it together with the brownie mix. Add egg. Add water. If it looks tooooooo watery add a touch of flour. Fold in chocoretas or mint chocolate chips
Step 3

Bake for 8-12 minutes checking they do not burn on the edges. These are best slightly undercooked
