Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces white chocolate
- 12 ounces milk chocolate
- 10 ounces macadamia nuts, chopped
How To Make chocolatey macadamia nut cookies

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. stir in eggs and vanilla.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. stir into the creamed butter mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolates and nuts.

Step 3chill for about an hour in the refrigerator.

Step 4Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Step 5Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. When cool store in an airtight container.
