Ingredients

1 c
butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c
white sugar
2
eggs
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 1/2 c
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
12 oz
white chocolate
12 oz
milk chocolate
10 oz
macadamia nuts, chopped

How to Make chocolatey macadamia nut cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. stir in eggs and vanilla.
  • 2In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. stir into the creamed butter mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolates and nuts.
  • 3chill for about an hour in the refrigerator.
  • 4Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  • 5Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. When cool store in an airtight container.
