How to Make chocolatey macadamia nut cookies
- preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. stir in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. stir into the creamed butter mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolates and nuts.
- chill for about an hour in the refrigerator.
- Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls on to a greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. When cool store in an airtight container.
