Who said simple don't tasted good? They're crazy! This cookie is great.My son and I made these for day 7 of our 25 days of cookies;and they didn't last long.

1 csugar

1egg

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspbaking soda

How To Make chocolate sugar cookies

1Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted.Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

2Stir in 1 cup of sugar into melted chocolate mixture until well blended. Stir in egg and vanilla until completely mixed.Mix in flour,baking soda and salt. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

3Heat oven to 375. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set.Remove from cookie sheets to cool on racks.
