How to Make Chocolate Snowballs
1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, stir. Add flour, salt, cocoa, and nuts, mix well.
2Chill for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Form into balls about the size of small marbles.
3Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.
4Cool and roll in confectioners' sugar.
