Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- - confectioners' sugar
How To Make chocolate snowballs

Step 1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, stir. Add flour, salt, cocoa, and nuts, mix well.

Step 2Chill for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Form into balls about the size of small marbles.

Step 3Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.

Step 4Cool and roll in confectioners' sugar. This is where the kids can help and have some fun!! ENJOY!
