Ingredients For chocolate snowballs

1 1/4 cbutter, room temperature

2/3 csugar

1 tspvanilla extract

2 cflour
-
1/8 tspsalt

1/2 ccocoa
-
2 cpecans, chopped

confectioners' sugar
How To Make chocolate snowballs

1Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, stir. Add flour, salt, cocoa, and nuts, mix well.

2Chill for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Form into balls about the size of small marbles.

3Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.

4Cool and roll in confectioners' sugar. This is where the kids can help and have some fun!! ENJOY!
