Ingredients
- pinch - salt
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature (1/2 stick of butter)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate pumpkin cakies
-
Step 1Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Be friends with your oven. 350 degrees is perfect for these cookies.
-
Step 2In one bowl combine dry ingrediants. Cake mix, salt, instant coffee and pumpkin spice and wisk together until combined.
-
Step 3In another bowl combine first the butter and pumpkin puree and once combined you can then add the dry ingrediants. After that then add water and egg and mix until combines. Then add the vanilla and beat for about 30 seconds until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.
-
Step 4With and ice cream scooper form one scoop mounds on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (as shown in pic). Put in the oven for 13-14 minutes. Turning the sheets half way through. 13 seems to be my lucky number when baking these. DON"T HATE PEEPS!!!
