• Step 1
  crush oreo's in food processor or place in zip loc bag and smash into fine crumbs
• Step 2
  melt butter, put cookie crumbs, a handful of chocolate chips,and butter into pie dish, use fork to mix until all crumbs are coated with butter, use back of a spool to smooth out the crumbs on the bottom and sides of pie plate to form crust, set aside
• Step 3
  put milk and pudding mix into bowl, use wire wisk to mix until almost set
• Step 4
  pour pudding mix into pie plate, spread evenly then top with remaining Hershey's chips
• Step 5
  let set in refrigerator for approximately one hour
