I started making this recipe over 30 years ago. Then with all of the moving, the recipe got lost. So many of you tried to help and thank you for all of your efforts, you came very close, but I found the recipe. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
1 package chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate peanutbutter squares

Step 1

Mix first three ingredients. Put into a greased 11x7 pan. even dough out by pressing down. When done, remove from oven and cover top of dessert with chocolate chips and cover with foil for 5 minutes. Then remove foil and spread melted chips all over the top. Let completely cool. Cut into squares or bars which ever you prefer. YUMMY

Step 2

Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in metal pan.
