Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 4 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    quick cooking oats

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large saucepan, over medium/low heat, bring to a boil the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted. Stir in vanilla and oats. Let sit for just a few minutes, or it will be too hot to hold its shape.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls onto wax paper to cool and harden.
