Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
How To Make chocolate peanut butter cookies

Step 1Combine flour and baking soda in a small bowl. Beat butter, peanut butter, sugars and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs; slowly add your flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and oatmeal. Freeze until slightly firm but not hard. Can use a medium cookie scoop or you could use an ice cream scoop, depending on how large you want your cookies. These will be large cookies, so make sure you give them room to spread on your cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes then move to wire rack to cool.
