Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

I have been making these for years now and they are a hit!! I got the recipe from my cousins wife. My family loves them!!

3/4 c
white sugar
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
baking soda
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
12oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
10oz. bag peanut butter chips

How to Make Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chip Cookies


  • 1In a bowl put the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
  • 2In a large bowl beat the white sugar, the brown sugar and the vegetable oil. Add the eggs and vanilla...beat a little more.Add the dry ingredients and mix. Add your chocolate and peanut butter chips.(I use cookie dough hooks after I add them)
  • 3Scoop cookies onto a cookie sheet. I use a medium size cookie scoop. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes depending on how hot your oven gets.When I take them out of the oven I let them cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before I put them on wire racks.
