This recipe is from my mom. It is a Nestle Toll House recipe from way back in the early 70's.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate peanut buddy bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In a large mixer bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.

Step 3Add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy.

Step 4Blend in flour and salt. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.

Step 5Spread into un-greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Step 6Immediately sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes until morsels become soft and shiny. Spread morsels evenly over top. Cool completely. Cut and enjoy!
