I first tried this recipe for Christmas this year. Those who love coconut, loved this cookie. Very Yummy!

Ingredients
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut
- 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
How To Make chocolate macaroons

Step 1Melt chocolate in microwave in 20 second intervals until melted, stirring in between. Stir coconut into the chocolate, then stir in sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using parchment paper on the cookie sheets, make tablespoon size mounds on sheet. (works best with the parchment paper, otherwise they will stick).

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes, cool, then remove from parchment paper. Makes about 36 cookies.
