How to Make Chocolate Macaroons
- Melt chocolate in microwave in 20 second intervals until melted, stirring in between. Stir coconut into the chocolate, then stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Using parchment paper on the cookie sheets, make tablespoon size mounds on sheet. (works best with the parchment paper, otherwise they will stick).
- Bake for 15 minutes, cool, then remove from parchment paper. Makes about 36 cookies.
