Ingredients
- 1 package 18.25oz. white cake mix
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chunks or chips
How To Make chocolate macadamia nut oatmeal cookies

Step 1In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, flour, oats, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 minute or just until smooth. Stir in nuts and chocolate chunks.

Step 2Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden. Cool 1 minute on wire racks or until firm on baking sheets then remove to racks and cool completely.
